Wellness Programs Overview:
We offer a three-tiered **Social-Epidemiological Approach** to addressing public health and mental health needs in our community.
1. Primary (Emergency Response)
- *Free Mental Health Classes*: Accessible resources to address immediate mental health concerns and crisis support.
- *Family Constellation* (Coming Soon)
2. Secondary (Prevention & Intervention)
- Sisterhood Wellness Circle*: A weekly supportive gathering focused on emotional and mental well-being.

3. Tertiary (Long-term Wellness)
- H.I.I.T (High-Intensity Interval Training)*: Fitness program designed to improve physical health and mental resilience.
**Every Thursday at 6 PM**
- Kemetic Yoga: A practice focused on spiritual and physical balance rooted in ancient traditions.
